Home router hasn’t been dispatched

I ordered the 4GEE home Router 2 a week ago and it said it will be dispatched within a day but I have heard nothing except the order email confirmation

You should have heard something from our delivery company by now. I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can double-check the order for you.
