Hi I have just upgraded my phone and want to unlock my old phone for my husband

I have just upgraded and want to unlock my old device for my husband to use , when I tried to do it , it asked about my EE account , I wasn’t sure if it it was going to affect my EE account with my new upgrade .......will it just unlock my old phone ?

@Ingrid60  If you got your old phone from EE then you still use your account to make the request and you manually put in the IMEI number of your old device this device is actually logged to your account even though you no longer use it on your account because of a new device.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
