Hiya
I have a blue light online discount code for 20% plans.
Previously I've spoken with someone on the phone regarding this and they've applied it to my account however the person I spoke to today was not that helpful and said to input my code on the 'gift voucher' field in the basket page.
It simply will not allow me to enter the discount code or any text in that field. Please can someone help?

@Amyhart2011 if you’re having issues entering the code then you need to call customer services as it cannot be done from here.
