Help please

Can any1 please, I've done an update on my dad's phone and it's stuck on this, it's been like this over an hour now. Thanks in advance

What kind of phone is that? Have you tried pressing the volume down key and power key together for 7 seconds?

Does that fix it or does the same thing happen again?

How did you do the update because that's gone into odin download mode

Yeah I've done that, and it doesn't work, I've got to try and back all stuff up of it, and rest it, thankyou for your reply

A notification came up to an update so I clicked on it, it was doin the update that took quite awhile, then when looked at the phone again it had that on the screen
