Hi,
I upgraded on the 4th December, with the transaction finalizing on the 5th, upgrading from my previous Xperia to the Pixel 4a. My main reason for upgrading beyond it being near time for an upgrade, was to get the LG TV being advertised as part of the black Friday sale.
I've seen a number of posts highlighting that this deal ended on the 28th, something that was not advertised clearly nor did it prevent me upgrading using that deal. I've also seen that most who highlighted this fact are now indeed having the deal honoured for them.
I've been attempting to resolve this via live chat, but have been unsuccessful in getting through for the past 5 hours and the days before Christmas.
As of writing this, I've had no communication from EE or any other company about whether I'll be receiving the TV promised in the deal.
Any advise or help would be greatly appreciated.

When you say it was finalised on the 5th, is that when you put the order through?

Hi Chris,
The 5th was when the transaction actually occured, ie. Money clearing from my account to EE.

Yes, I clicked up to upgrade on the 4th, while the product was still being advertised as coming with the free LG TV.
