Hi,
I placed an order online early Christmas Day I went into upgrades as it was highlighted and said I could upgrade for free so I went and done that but after I’ve made the order the upgrade part now says upgrade for £666 although on my order form it says to pay today £0.00 am I going to be charged for that or was it an error ? Thanks for any help

If it said £0 when you upgraded, it'll be fine. Keep an eye on your My EE account though, just in case.

Hi Chris thank you for your reply I received an email just this second to say that I am not eligible for an upgrade even though it said I was

I'm not sure what happened to be honest. If you'd like someone to take a look into it, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.
They have access to your account and should be able to explain.
