Google Pixel 3XL delayed

Hi EE,

Online tracking says my pixel 3XL (128 Black) is delayed to 7-8 Nov.

I got an email not long ago it was going to be delievered on the first.

What's going on?

Mr Benjamin. I would be surprised if I do get the phone tomorrow. Like I said in my first post complain and complain then complain some more. I have a month's free line rental and another £30 credit on my account which is about half my bill paid the following month. I am truly surprised by the message from DPD but it doesn't say they have my order they are expecting it. Chances are it's another **bleep** up and it won't turn up. I will keep you updated tomorrow. I hope you get a dpd message soon as it is outrageous the service ee are providing.

I didn't get anything when I played customer support roulette, I was super nice too. When I asked to speak to a manager she sounded like she couldn't give two *bleeps* about the whole situation.

Get it from carphone warehouse. That's where I'm getting mine. I'm literally in CPW ATM sorting out my phone. I'm also changing networks cos I can get a better deal with O2. 

EE dropped the ball on this.

Well after speaking with DPD they have confirmed that they don't have the package. They suggested I contact EE and ask them to hand the parcel over to DPD so called EE again and again I was told what I was told yesterday that the phone is on back order and not to expect it till next week but in the same breath they also said DPD should not have any information until they receive the parcel. I'm absolutely baffled one person says this another person says that and then DPD throw something into the mix just to confuse the matter further. I'm not holding my breath for a delivery tomorrow and getting even more frustrated. Absolute shambles!!

I’m fed up of waiting for EE to ship orders out, when other shops have stock and haven’t had this problem.

I’m giving them until tomorrow otherwise i’ll be cancelling my order and going elsewhere.

I pre ordered my Pixel 3XL on the 9th of October... Got my confirmation email and haven't heard anything since. Obviously yesterday my phone didn't come so I checked up on here to see what the problem was and obviously it's been delayed. But, the only problem I have with this is that I got no text or email to tell me this. I rang them up and apparently my order had been cancelled due to a system error! So, even though I pre ordered on day of release, I won't be getting the phone for another 3 weeks! *siggghhhhh

You'll get one sooner if you don't raise the order again and go buy from Carphone or even 3!

I know it's hard to believe but I have actually received my pixel 3 today. Dpd delivered this afternoon. I'm shocked but pleasantly surprised. I hope everyone else has got somewhere with their orders.
