I am having issues getting into my Samsung Account due to a frustrating two step authentication. It's trying to text an old number. To try and change that number I need to provide the serial number and IMEI number of an old Samsung device? Same issue, I no longer have that phone/number! Unfortunately I cannot find the old box or anything to help either.
Is there anyway EE can provide that information as Samsung are proving very unhelpful?
