Hi, I'm wondering if I buy the Galaxy watch from samsung if I can get a plan to make it work with my existing monthly contract. I've read alot of conflicting information so looking for a definitive answer before shelling out £300 for nothing, I spoke to someone on live chat who told me you guys dont do standalone sim deals for samsung but do for apple even though I've read numerous of posts on here stating you do, can someone give me concrete answer please?
Thanks

This was part of the transcript from an online advisor I spoke to today.....
Liam: Fab, I've updated that now. In terms of purchasing a watch outright, if it's an Apple Watch there is the option to add a 30 day SIM plan to cover the network services, it's £7 per month and isn't subject to the same credit checks that a full Watch contract would be. Max: Ok thanks, well that wouldnt really be helpful as I'd be looking at a samsung watch to match my phone, what would be the options there? Liam: Unfortunately the option isn't available with Samsung, as the £7 plan is exclusively something we set up in partnership with Apple. |

Hi @Eminence
Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear that you've been given some wrong information about this.
There is a watch plan available for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G. Details can be found on our How do I use my Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G help page.
The plan is currently £7 per month.
