We have had the looming challenge of changing my ownership of my account from my mums bank account to mine. We just never had the time or patience to call and wait in a que. But we had to do it as my plan needed to be re-newed anyway. We called, didnt wait too long and spoke to an AMAZING lady DANI! She could not do the owndership change at the same time as the sim change so she text me her email address and we arranged for her to call me 7 days later. She called us after 19:00 at night! When it was convenient for us. She got it all changed over and then when we asked if she would change over my sisters ownership too she happily stayed with us to do it. She chatted with us in between sorting it out and spent a total of 42 mins on the phone with us sorting it all out. She was BRILLIANT! DANI IS AN ASSET TO YOUR CALL TEAM! I cannot thank her enough and please give her the credit she deserves! That is the best customer service we have ever received. Thank You Dani!
