I have recently been having trouble connecting my Apple Watch to my iPhone. So I called the customer service team on the weekend who were extremely helpful. The lovely lad I spoke to was called Scott ****, he was extremely conscientious and couldn’t have been more helpful. He talked me through how to get it all back on track. This took quite a while and he was very friendly and a good conversationalist. He even then followed up with a courtesy call a few days later to ensure everything was in working order. If I could send him a crate of beers to say thanks, I would! What a great member of staff to have on the team. Thank you again Scott!!
