I purchased a 100GB for £20 monthly, SIM only package a few months ago. My bills were coming on right up until my current bill for this month, I realised am paying the same amount only for half the package (ie 50GB).

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.
They will be able to access your account and get you on the correct plan.
