Full pay for Half the Original SIM Package

I purchased a 100GB for £20 monthly, SIM only package a few months ago. My bills were coming on right up until my current bill for this month, I realised am paying the same amount only for half the package (ie 50GB).
- How can I be helped to have money back or return my original SIM only plan? This happened after I replaced my SIM card as it got lost (I just arrived from traveling abroad).
