Hello has anyone had a letter from the government saying there is free help from the government to “stay in” via internet paid & phone & pc support. Also money to go to neighbours to ask if shopping is needed. Until 2 weeks ago l was asking according to my own budget.
Merry Christmas

@SirinMoor11 What’s has this got to with EE ? You say it’s from the government so perhaps you should be asking your local council.

Hi @SirinMoor11 ,
Welcome to the community. I can't currently find any mention of such a letter online so I would recommend that you take steps to verify it is legitimate before you take any actions based on that. I haven't received such a letter myself.
