I had a text Monday saying my gift being processed but since then nothing. How long usely after dose it take?

Not got number yet just had text saying being processed. Been over 14 days.

Hi @Craigat,

You'll receive your free gift within 25 days of receiving your phone. You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

If its been more than 25 days since your received your phone, please get in touch with Customer Care so we can chase it up for you.
