Free Sony WH-1000XM3 with Xperia 1 iii redemption

Hi,

I'm trying to redeem my free headphones that are offered with the new Sony Xperia 1 iii however on the application it is asking for proof of purchase which i have not received as it was an phone upgrade which was sent with no paperwork. I have no emails stating the upgrade just a SMS message telling me that DPD will be delivering my upgrade.

Can you please advise what I casn use as proof of purchase.

I hope you're well and having a nice Friday, do you have any fun plans for the weekend? 

You should have gotten a delivery note with your phone, this can be used as proof of purchase. 

If you no longer have this then if you contact our customer care team they'll be able to provide you with what you need.

Thank you, yes the delivery not was folded up with some promotional paperwork that was in the delivery.

One of your colleagues kindly also provided proof of documentation via email which was very helpful.
