Flex Beats earphones not staying connected to my phone

Hi there, I purchased beats flex wireless headphones, they are connecting to my phone sometimes but disconnects after a few minutes. Also if you touch the volume button it disconnects and sometimes it tells you they are connected but they aren’t.  I have tried resetting them but the problem are still ongoing

Yeah they’re up to date as I have an iPhone

Welcome to the community.

 

Since you've tried both of those tests and they're still not working, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer (Apple) to discuss this further.
