Find my Phone

Hi.   I recently bought a new iPhoneSE20, to replace my previous iPhoneSE. The old one was cleared back to factory settings in order to be sold. soon.  However, I happened to see on my Mac Pro on "Find my Phone" that the old one is still showing, along with my other Apple items, the Mac Pro , iPad, new phone.  A message under the old phone says " if you do not recognise this device, delete it ( how?) and change your password! ( Apple ID? or EE password?)    Do I need to worry about this , and will it affect the new buyer?   Thanks..
