Faster upload than download speeds

RolyVQ
Visitor

I have two clients in the HR8 1 area  using Outdoor routers mounted on their roofs.  In both cases the upload speed averages about 25mbps while the download speed averages 10mbps. (In several other areas with he same equipment we do not get this issue).  Is there anything I can do swap the relationship between the speeds to get a more conventional (and useful) profile? Really grateful for any thoughts.

Hi @RolyVQ

Slow download speeds, are unfortunately not so much a fault, as a symptom of varied usage on your serving network site. This could be more data users, doing more data intensive tasks (such as streaming video), or a combination of these factors.

You can try checking for any known issues on the coverage & status checker , selecting "I have a problem". This also allows you to report suspected issues that aren't listed.

Does your download speed vary depending on time of day?
