Hi, just got sent an EE sim and while setting it up on the myee page there was an error message and it doesn't seem to have correctly registered the number to my account. This is preventing me from entering my pac code or anything with my new number.

@JD-C Try calling customer services about this. They can help with the migration of your number from the other network but your number will not migrate until Tuesday as number ports do not happen over the weekend and it takes up to 24 hours to migrate across from that other network.
