Hi , my contract for my Apple Watch ended 27/07/2020 however I’ve received a charge of £11.80 for the use of the watch from 02/08/2020 - 02/09/2020 , why would this be ?
the watch hasn’t been used since 06/2019 as it’s been broken so I haven’t even used it to create extra charges
thank you
kayleigh

Hello @Hewsonxx.
Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you requested to cancel the plan?
If not, this will continue on your account.
Katie 🙂

These contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling month's notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.
