It would appear that from yesterday (5/1/21) the day my data renews, to today, I have managed to use 29.2 or my 30GB of data. I have been at home and connected to wifi. Is there something that could be running without me knowing or anything that can explain this excessive usage?
thanks!

@Nataliejade4 if you’re connected to Wi-Fi you shouldn’t be using cellular data. Where are you seeing this usage ?

Well exactly, hence my confusion. My data runs 5th-5th, I had gone on myEE to gift my father data, and it says I can’t do so and that it will renew on 5/2/21. I’m just absolutely baffled as to how I could have possibly used 29.2gb?

If you scroll to Settings > Mobile Data and scroll down you will see a list of your apps and how much data they use, @Nataliejade4.
It'll give you an idea of the apps that use the most data. If you reset those timers, it'll help monitor and understand your usage going forward.
Is your broadband WiFi connection good? Or is it possible it's dropping off to use your Mobile Data?
