Hi @Treble

Thanks for coming back to me.

You will need to order a replacement SIM card.

For more information please see our How do I swap my SIM or get a new SIM? Help page.

SIM card or esim ?

Hi @Treble

You can order a SIM card if you would like to use this in another phone until your upgrade arrives.

Or, if you’ve upgraded your EE device and had an eSIM before, you’ll need to log in to My EE and order a replacement eSIM to download to your new device.

Thanks.

So can I order the esim on my device to download on my new device when it arrives later in the week even though my old device will of been sold so not in my possession?

Hi @Treble

If you won't have the device to receive any verification code or anything that may be needed, it may be best registering a SIM card ready for when the phone arrives and then going to your My EE app and downloading an eSIM.

If you would like to discuss your options, please give us a call on 150 🙂
