Why does the app still show my old mobile device when i log in, i upgraded to the S21 ultra about a month ago but it still says Note 10 at the top of the app. Can this get updated please.

@Darksythe1 This is updated via you using the device and the my EE app on a cellular connection.

Usually take about 2-3 days of using My EE on your data connection for it to update

This will update for you in due course if you continue to log into the My EE app on the EE network.
Our Mobile Care team have details of which phone you are using, and this won't affect any details within your app or your plan allowance.
