I am unable to log in to my EE perks anymore. It states my password is not recognised and when requesting a new one nothing happens. Help!!!

Are you using the same email address you registered for an EE Perk account, to reset the password?

Yes I am. Have tried numerous times to reset the password and nothing. Was told via online chat yesterday with EE to contact the Hospital HR Dept, nothing to do with them 😞

I see numerous people have had the same problem......

Have you checked with your IT department to see if the email could have been blocked from reaching you?

Ive got the email plus link but its not working from your side!

What happens when you try to use the link in the email?

 

Do you get an error message?

It just keeps telling me it is unable to reset my password at this time
