Early upgrade

Paid for early upgrade. Had an email to confirm order, however no money has come out of my account and I haven’t received a text confirmation. Has anyone else had this problem?

@ryaned_8   Help to say when you did this because if you did it in the last 10-15 minutes give it a chance. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Made early upgrade on Friday morning still not had any e mail when it gets delivered
