Hey,
My app and the txt service both said I was eligible for an early upgrade if I paid a small fee. I decided today that I was happy with the price, so I ordered a new phone on early upgrade.
I've later received an email saying my order hasn't been accepted as I'm not eligible for early upgrade.
Anyone have any idea why this would happen? Thanks
