Early upgrade fee

I have a message on my ee app saying I can get 100% off for an early upgrade but when I look at phones and go to checkout it still wants to charge me. 

Do I need to do something for the fee to be removed? Or is it only on select phones?

Does the offer mention if it's based on trading in your current phone at all?
