I have been trying to pair my earbuds to my phone but I can't seem to do it

Hi @Tj71 

 

Ensure the buds are in the case and open the case. Now search with Bluetooth or the buds app if Samsung.

There's sometimes a button on the case you have to hold in whilst you pair.

 

What earbuds are you using?
