Ear buds Plus claim

Does anyone know where to find the file/document/image to attach when claiming the Ear Buds Plus after ordering the S20 phone? ive sent what EE suggested and this has been refused.

What did EE send you? They normally send evidence of your pre-order if you have asked them via the 150 CS line.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
