Hi, I was sent an email asking to revalidate my EE perks information.
However, when trying to log in I appear to have forgotten password (The password/login seems to be different from
my main EE log in).
However, when trying to “password reset” there is no recovery email coming through. I have tried several times over the course of yesterday and again today. I’m not sure if there is an error with this page which requires correction.

Have you entered your work or personal email address?
Could you check your junk/spam folder, do you have the reset password email?

Hi Leanne,
I have tried it with both emails (although it is my personal email which is the registered email for my account log in).
I have searched in the spam folder but the password reset email still doesn’t appear to have come through.

I registered with the perks for both my work and personal email, but I have just realised that my discount hasnt been applied and I've been overpaying for 5 months 😲

If you entered your work email this would be the one needed for the password reset, have you tried using this email address?
If so, could this have been blocked by your IT department?
Did you enter the perk code at checkout when you placed the order?

I have tried my work one to no avail, and no it shouldnt have been blocked as I have the original verification email when set up in february.
I provided the code verbally to the EE rep when upgrading on the phone so assumed it had been done
