EE perk password reset

Hello

I have recently upgraded my phone and tried to apply the EE perks discount however, it will not enable me to reset my password. When I complete password reset I do not receive an email - I’ve checked junk.

any help please?

I've just done the same thing.  input your work email address and the password reset will go through to your work email rather than the personal email you registered it with.
