Hoping someone can help as is getting frustrating now.
I registered for perk two years ago using my works (Police) email address and successfully validated and used a code for myself and one for my fiancé.
I recently tried to obtain another for my upgrade and it needed to be revalidated. I clicked to send the email but nothing came through. Did this over several days and nothing. I spoke to I.T. who said they checked from 1st October and nothing had been blocked. I also tried to register using my personal email and uploading a picture of my I.D. card. Despite two emails saying it was successfully validated when I tried to log on it said that it hadn’t been.
I’ve spoken to two people via customer services and after this my emails are no longer registered but if I try to register again it says my details, name etc., are already registered.
I just want to be able to register with my I.D. card cos it’s easier and get my discount.

Hi - I cannot access my EE Perk code. Email sent to my work address - forgot password and will not now allow me to verify my work email. I have previously registered.
I have sought help from EE but made no progress.

EE Perk account de registered and when I try to re register email shows as already registered. Can someone help?

Just posted my query now showing as resolved / not sure what has happened - still unable to re register my EE Perks account. It is recorded as email already in use?
please can I have some advice or guidance what to do to resolve ?
