We are all saying the same thing get a patch or something to fix the app. That's a week now and no 1 can access the app! This is simply not good enough after so many people telling you the same thing. Get the app fixed

after i enter pin it says ....
if you have recently installed the new version of the app youll need to log in again your existing password and pin will only work for a while so youll need to change them
alternatively try closing the app and coming back a bit later

Does it work OK when you try to log in to your My EE account through the phone browser?
