EE WiFi Mini - Battery

Will the WiFi Mini work without the battery if it is plugged into the charger?

Welcome to the community.

 

Some devices would work like this, and others would require a battery to even turn on.

 

Have you given this a try?

It does seem to work w/out the battery when USB connected.
