The EE reception where we live in Bunbury Cheshire is very poor but for years I have successfully used EE WIFI. Now it no longer works and when I go the APP on my iphone xs it says EE Wifi needs to be updated to work on this version of ios . Are you not the developer EE?? I can connect successfully to my home internet it's EE WIFI which IS the problem!!!!

I will change my supplier soon if I cant get this to work again as my phone is useless at home and because of lockdown that is where I am all the time!!!!!

Hi @ProfPeter

EE is a mobile network provider and also a home internet provider. Which services are you taking from EE? And which one is it you're having problems with?

From the sounds of your post, this is a problem with your home internet - is this with EE?

Its not the Internet its EE. However, I have managed to rest everything and
get it bcak working at least fro the time being mhyself
