Hi there @Astrokan
Thanks for coming to the community.
Following the Government’s latest advice we’ve closed all our EE and BT stores in England, until further notice.
Is there anything we can help you with on the community?
Thanks.
Leanne.

The mobile which I have had for ages, stopped working while I was in
hospital
Got a new device. Tried to swap the SIM. Constantly being informed insert
Sim Card.
Got another Sim Card- same thing insert Sim Card.
2 devices both fully charged, neither sim, the one I have had for ages or
the new one are working. I don't know why. Need to go into a shop with both
devices and both sims, but that can't happen yet.
What do I do it is so frustrating?

Hi @Astrokan
Thanks for coming back to me.
What phone are you using?
Did you register the replacement SIM card?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Hi @Astrokan
If this was ordered as a replacement with the same number, to register the SIM in your My EE you would need to receive a text to the old SIM, if this is not working you would need to give us a call on 0800 079 8586.
The team will register the replacement SIM card for you.
Leanne.
