I have been trying to reset my EE Perks password as I would like to use my code to upgrade. Every time I put the new password in it tells me “unable to reset your password, please try again” I’ve tried 10 times and it just won’t let me reset it! Help!

Please can someone help me solve this too. I’m getting the link to change the password and it’s saying “we are unable to reset your password, please try again” I’ve tried 10 times and it’s saying the same thing! Due an upgrade and want to use my code!!! Help!!!

This still isn’t working. Reset my account, set a password. Then tried to log in with password, password is wrong. Try to change password, getting the same message. Getting a code should not be this difficult!!!

Are you definitely using the correct password?
Is the password reset link going to your junk/spam folder?

Hiya,
yep, I changed it and then 30 seconds later put the new password in and it said the log in details were wrong so I tried to reset the password AGAIN and it won’t let me AGAIN! So frustrating, why can’t perks just be linked to your main EE login?!?!?
