EE Perk saying codes used when they have not been.

Hi,

 

Had perks account for a while. Generated and used first one myself. Then daughter was looking so I generated her a code, but she never used it as she didn't upgrade. A couple of months later she planned to so tried that original code, but said used. This keeps happening. I have three now on my account that show used but are not. How do I fix this?
