EE Perk account deactivated

Hey,
I failed to activate my EE perk account within the allotted time frame and it keeps saying my account has been deactivated.
I have contacted customer services who stated that my IT department needed to reset my email. However, my IT department state that it is an EE issue. EE need to reactivate my account. I feel like I am going around in circles!
I've tried resetting my password, but with no luck!
Any help is appreciated.

Hey.
I am having the same problem. I didn't activate my account within the 2 day timeframe and it keeps saying my account has been deactivated. My IT department don't know how to sort it. Any help is appreciated!
