Hi - I just downloaded your e sim and now I have no service at all. What a faf. So now my phone no longer works. You should warn about this risk to your customers before they download it. How do we solve this? ( it's not like I can actually phone you now )

Thank you - xxxxx xxxxxxx

@MitchJohnson  Have you restarted your device?   Using the QR code to activate the eSim on your device just moves the information from the physical Sim card onto the eSIM on your device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@MitchJohnson same as mine before, you need wait they send you  code by SMS , don't remove your old sim , wait for the code, if the code don't work , you need request another code on EE apps..

I still don't understand why EE cannot send the code by email !
