E SIM stopped working

Recently asked if I would need a new QR CODE as I need to reset my device. I was told yes by tech team.   Order new esim QR code. And was told my current one won’t be affected. As can take up to 5 days to arrive  I wake up today 5 am  and my esim not working.    Have no service.been 1 hour now.  I’ve sort reset phone still nothing

@davidsuliman   if you’re resetting your device you’re going to need a new Sim card before you need a new QR code.  The QR code is to start the process of moving your number from your sim to the eSim.  A QR code on its own is going to do nothing as there is no sim to take the information from.
