Duplicate sim

I have put a new sim in my phone and need my old sim back for the number ect, can I get a duplicate sim and how do I do it?

Sorry, but this isn't possible. You can only have one SIM per mobile number.

 

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by needing your old SIM back for the phone number?  If you've bought an upgrade phone, these are often supplied with a replacement SIM incase your existing one is unsuitable for whatever reason.

 

You can simply put your existing SIM in your new phone, if it will fit and it works.

It’s super complicated, all my apps PayPal/Amazon ect are linked to my old
number (the sim I lost) and I can’t get into the apps without having a code
sent to that number, and now I’ve lost it and idk what to do

@Brookechristiex : How did you get the new SIM? Did you order a replacement SIM? If so, it will have the same no. as the old SIM. Otherwise you need to phone CS & report it lost. Then they will send you a replacement SIM with the same no, as well as blocking the old SIM.
