Download speed should be 80.00 mbps.
I only receive that in the kitchen where my main hub is?
every other room in the house is lucky to receive 40.00mbps and have 2 wifi discs in them?
I have complained several times and explained an engineer will have to come and correct this as it is clearly a fault yet nothing has been done to correct this matter?

@mikeliuk Quite possibly.
It's just that over the years, i've dealt with many people who've complained that they pay for x service, but only get perhaps 30-40% of that speed on their device. And it always transpires to be a wireless device. People don't seem to understand how WiFi actually works, or the fact there's multiple bands, and different channels.
They just think if they pay for a service with a set speed, they will get that speed in every part of the house and on every device.
A bit like how i've heard people saying they have "1 Gig internet" because the properties page on their ethernet adapter shows "1 Gbps" connection. This isn't 1 gig internet, this is a 1 Gig internal network speed, VERY different to the external speed you get.
I haven't used, nor use EE broadband, so I can't be sure, but I suspect this is most likely the case. The hub is receiving near enough the full speed, but the connection method chosen by the user means that the client devices are unlikely to receive the full speed.
