Download bills from 2020

Hi All,

 

I am trying to download my bills from 2020. I know where to look and have found the list but when i select to 'download' on the right side of the screen next alongside the bill, i get a new pop-up window and at best the popup window goes dark grey and states 'done' but i cannot see my bill.

 

This does not happen with this years bills which create a pdf & download just fine

 

Help, please !

Are you doing this using the MyEE app or online thro' a browser?
