The Summer Data offer can only be obtained by getting a new PAYG SIM from EE. It cannot be added to an existing PAYG SIM that does not already have it.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

If you are upgrading to a new deal, usually you don't need a new SIM, your existing SIM is fine and you get moved to the new plan.
