Do I have to use my new phone straight away?

I'm about to upgrade my S9 to the S20 but waiting to put a new radio in the car to use bluetooth (been as though the S20 has no headphone jack for aux). Do I have to activate the S20 as soon as it arrives or will I just pay the contract for it while using my S9 for another week or 2?

Hi @Hol2509

Thanks for posting on the community.

@XRaySpeX is correct your new plan will start once your Samsung is dispatched, but you can continue to use your old phone 🙂

Let us know if you have any questions.

Leanne 🙂
