I have ordered my upgrade online when I first processed the upgrade there was stock of the phone and said dispatched in 1 day. I had a confirmation email but nothing else. The next evening I went to try upgrade again and it allowed me to. It again said dispatched in 1 day. Can you tell me when I should be expecting my upgrade please?

@Jessxcx You will receive the device once one can be allocated to you, demand for this device is high and you might be waiting a while before you receive it as other customers have ordered before you and are still waiting for their device.
But you need to call customer services as you because you did the order twice and you shouldn’t of done that.

Regarding processing your upgrade 2x can you confirm if you have received 2 email confirmations?
