Hi I placed an order for a pay monthly sim at midnight yesterday and I've only received the order email which shows my order number, order date and what I ordered. It says at the top of the email "Please call to discuss your order"
Do I need to call to get my order and if I do is there any other way I can confirm it?

@adamlee2401 if you’ve been requested to call customer services as you have been then you need to call.
