Hi iam still waiting for my dispatched txt or email that it has been shipped out i ordered my order on 28th aug 2019 in the morning and when i spoke to one on chat they assured me i wojld get word 24hrs later. And nothing happened yet. Any update about this is appreciated.

You will receive a text from DPD when your order is to be delivered, with a delivery window. You can check your order via EE order tracking.
