I applied for an upgrade on my ipad on Saturday 30th may and received an email to say ‘Your order is on the way’ but I have had no response since. I have an order number and have tried to track it but to no success !?

here on the community there isnt any account access if you call freephone 0800 317 720 a customer service advisor will be able to check the Status of your order.
